Interviewer: Today, we’re thrilled to sit down with Raji Ayomide Olaitan, the founder of TechRise Africa and TechRise Coding Hub, platforms that are revolutionizing tech education across Africa. Welcome, Raji!

Raji Ayomide: Thank you so much! I’m excited to share the story of TechRise and our vision for young African innovators.

Interviewer: Let’s start at the beginning. What inspired you to start TechRise Africa?

Raji Ayomide: Growing up, I noticed a huge gap in access to tech education in Africa. There are so many talented young people with incredible ideas, but few opportunities to learn, practice, and launch their skills. I wanted to create a platform that makes tech accessible, practical, and exciting, so that anyone, anywhere, can start building the future today.

Interviewer: And the TechRise Coding Hub, what role does it play?

Raji Ayomide: While TechRise Africa is our online knowledge platform, the Coding Hub is the hands-on space. It’s where learners get to apply their knowledge, build projects, experiment, and develop real-world tech skills. We focus on coding, web and app development, robotics, AI, and more, basically turning learners into innovators.

Interviewer: Who do you hope to reach with TechRise?

Raji Ayomide: Honestly, anyone with curiosity and passion. We welcome beginners who’ve never touched code, students looking to level up, and even professionals who want to pivot into tech. Age or background doesn’t matter, it’s about drive and willingness to learn.

Interviewer: What makes TechRise Africa different from other tech education platforms?

Raji Ayomide: It’s our focus on real-world application, mentorship, and community. We don’t just teach theory; learners build apps, websites, and even small businesses. We also organize challenges, hackathons, and mentorship sessions to make learning fun and meaningful.

Interviewer: As the founder, what’s your ultimate vision for TechRise Africa?

Raji Ayomide: I want to empower the next generation of African tech leaders and innovators. I see TechRise as a launchpad for young Africans to create solutions, build businesses, and compete on a global level. Our goal is to make Africa a hub for tech excellence.

Interviewer: That’s inspiring! Any advice for aspiring tech innovators reading this?
